Balmes (TCCD Director), participated in the Roundtable Discussion among government, non-government and higher education institutions on the Academe91ÇÑ×Ó™s Role in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) spearheaded by the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute (UPRI) on October 20, 2022 at the Philippine Social Science Center.
